LogScope has the ability to interactively scale the Gamma Ray (GR). The video below shows this in detail.
The GR shows effects of casing and we are going to scale it by multiplying by 1.5 to bring it into the same scale range as the open hole GR. This is a two step operation and involves the selection of the GR by simply tapping on it. The Function is pressed to access linear function. As LogScope supports sets we will set up a set to cover the range that needs to be scaled. This is shown in the screen shot below.
The second step is to merge from the set into the main log and this is shown in the screen shot below. Note the red line can be moved by tapping and touching on the plot at the point you wish to merge.
The final screen shot shows the resultant curve.
